A refrigerated truck that holds a steady +5°C to 0°C under a full pallet load — the vehicle you rent when a van runs out of space. Tail-lift loading, dual-zone options and intercity reach, sized from 3 to 10 tons.
When a chilled load outgrows a van, you rent a chiller truck. Full pallets, roll-cages, bulk crates and cross-emirate runs need more body, more payload and a tail-lift — while still holding the same precise cold from the depot to the last door in +45°C heat.
We rent 3, 5, 7 and 10-ton chiller trucks across Dubai and the UAE for heavier fresh and chilled cargo, all holding +5°C to 0°C, with a tighter +2°C to +8°C setting for chilled pharma and dual-zone bodies that carry chilled and frozen together. Every truck is HACCP-certified, temperature logged and available with or without a driver on daily, weekly, monthly or long-term terms. Below you will find the size ladder, temperature bands, how a truck compares to a van, pricing and the routes each one wins.
Every vehicle holds the same +5°C to 0°C cold. The choice is payload, pallet count and route — so you rent exactly the truck the job calls for, and no more.
The lightest option — tight, high-frequency city drops where a truck is too much vehicle.
Enclosed body loaded through a rear door — the workhorse for multi-stop retail delivery.
+5°C to 0°C
Open chiller bed loaded from above — fast for a single wholesale-market run.
+5°C to −25°C
Full pallet loads and heavy intercity distribution in one vehicle.
Full-range reefer for mixed and cross-emirate cold-chain distribution.
Wholesale distribution and bulk, with a frozen setting when the load needs it.
Not sure between two sizes? Give us the pallet count and the drops and we will point you to the right one — or read the pricing guide, chiller truck rental cost in Dubai. Lighter, fresh-only loads may suit a chiller van instead.
We set the truck to your product, not to a fixed number — then hold it steady and log it the whole way.
+5°C to 0°C
Dairy, produce, prepared food, beverages and flowers.
+2°C to +8°C
Medicines and healthcare cargo in the tighter regulated band.
0°C to −18°C
Frozen food, meat, seafood and ice cream on freezer trucks.
Dual-zone
Two sealed compartments, two temperatures, one route.
Insulation and a strong refrigeration unit keep the cargo cold while the truck moves. The real temperature risk on a heavier load is the loading itself: a rear door held open on the tail-lift while pallet after pallet goes on, warm outside air pouring in the whole time. On a bulk run with many stops, that repeated door-open moment is where the cold is quietly lost.
So we run our chiller trucks pre-cooled before the first pallet, load fast in staged batches, and keep the door open for the shortest time the job allows. The tail-lift is there to speed loading, not to slow the cold — heavy stock goes on at ground level in one lift, the door closes, and the band recovers before the next drop. Holding the cold on a full truck is a discipline of the dock, not just the engine.
Both hold +5°C to 0°C. The line between them is weight, height and how the cargo loads.

| Loading | Tail-lift and rear door | Side and rear doors, no lift |
| Best route | Bulk distribution and intercity corridors | Dense, high-frequency city drops |
| Temperature | +5°C to 0°C (dual-zone to −18°C) | +5°C to 0°C |
Lighter and fresh-only? See chiller van rental. Need it below freezing at scale? Look at a 5-ton freezer truck or the full reefer truck.
Four steps, and most of them happen the same day you call.
Share the cargo, pallet count, drops and route. We size the truck to match.
You get the right tonnage, tail-lift and temperature band — never over-rented.
The truck arrives pre-cooled, with or without a cold-chain driver, same-day where you need it.
Cargo arrives in band, with a temperature log ready for your food-safety records.
Rent by the day for one-off jobs, or lock in a weekly, monthly or long-term rate for a regular chilled route.
Permanent chilled capacity on an annual or multi-truck contract.
Prices shown are placeholders — replace the AED figures with your verified rates before launch. Final quotes depend on truck size, term, tail-lift, driver and route.
Wherever a chilled load is too big for a van, a chiller truck keeps it in band to the door.
Palletised chilled stock to supermarkets, depots and grocers.
Large multi-outlet supply runs and event catering loads.
Chilled medicines in the +2°C to +8°C band with clean logs.
Fresh and frozen protein hauled in bulk, chilled or dual-zone.
A chiller truck is a larger refrigerated vehicle — 3 to 10 tons — that carries pallets and bulk chilled cargo, usually with a tail-lift for loading heavy stock. A chiller van is a smaller vehicle for lighter, high-frequency city drops. Both hold +5°C to 0°C; you choose the truck when the load is too heavy, too tall or too palletised for a van.
Our chiller trucks hold a steady +5°C down to 0°C, the standard band for fresh and chilled cargo. For chilled pharmaceuticals we run the tighter +2°C to +8°C range, and dual-zone trucks add a separate frozen compartment down to −18°C or colder for mixed loads.
Match the truck to the load. A 3-ton truck suits multi-stop retail routes; a 5-ton handles wholesale distribution and frozen bulk; 7 to 10-ton trucks move full pallet loads and cross-emirate corridors. Tell us your cargo, pallet count and route and we confirm the right size, so you never over-rent or run out of space.
Yes. Our heavier chiller trucks come with a hydraulic tail-lift, so one person can load pallets, roll-cages and heavy stock at ground level without a forklift or a raised dock. Ask for it when you book and we send a tail-lift-equipped truck.
Yes, on a dual-zone truck. The body splits into two sealed compartments running two temperatures, so chilled and frozen goods travel the same route without cross-contamination or a second vehicle.
Yes. We dispatch across Dubai and run regular corridors to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain. Every truck is HACCP-certified and logs temperature the whole way, so you hold proof of cold for Dubai Municipality, ADAFSA and pharmaceutical audits on arrival.
Tell us the load, the pallets and the route. We will match the truck and have a quote back fast — with same-day dispatch where you need it.
